K-Sys Co., Ltd., a local company that has been in business in Busan for nearly 20 years, contributed to the local community by donating an LED promotional display—one of its own products—to the Munhyeon Senior Welfare Center in Nam-gu, where its headquarters is located.

Nam-gu, Busan, announced that K-Sys Co., Ltd. (CEO Cheon Byeong-min) donated an outdoor LED promotional display worth 6.1 million won to the Munhyeon Senior Welfare Center, and a handover ceremony was held on the 12th with about 50 attendees, including relevant officials.

The outdoor LED display allows anyone in the community, including the elderly who may have limited access to information, to view various details regarding daily life and welfare services.

It can also be used to promote the programs offered by the Munhyeon Senior Welfare Center, which opened last year. K-Sys Co., Ltd., the company that sponsored the display, is a local Busan enterprise established in 2004 and headquartered in Munhyeon-dong, Nam-gu. The company has been steadily growing and leading the domestic market in the fields of △LED display boards (information boards) △displays △and system integration (SI).

K-Sys’s LED display boards (information boards) were the first in the country to be designated as “Excellent Products” and “Innovative Products” by the Public Procurement Service, marking the only such achievement in the regions south of Seoul and Gyeonggi Province. Last year, the company ranked first in the number of contracts awarded by the Public Procurement Service for indoor LED display boards and received the highest rating in the agency’s contract performance evaluation, demonstrating consistent business achievements over the past nearly 20 years.

In addition to this sponsorship, K-Sys has engaged in social contribution activities, such as donating an LED electronic banner to the Ban-yeo Comprehensive Social Welfare Center in 2021 and 100 bags of 10kg white rice to the Munhyeon 1-dong Administrative Welfare Center at the end of last year, and plans to expand its sponsorship activities in the future.

Chun Byung-min, CEO of K-Sys Co., Ltd., shared his thoughts, saying, “I hope that senior citizens can easily access more information than before through our products and become more familiar with the welfare center.” He added, “Since operating a business in Munhyeon-dong, today is the first time I’ve experienced such a meaningful and joyful day. I will strive to ensure that these meaningful days continue in the future.”
