K-Sys (CEO Cheon Byung-min), a company specializing in LED display boards, has been selected as a “2024 Leisure-Friendly Management Company” by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the Regional Culture Promotion Agency.

The Leisure-Friendly Management Company Certification Program selects and certifies companies that practice exemplary leisure-friendly management to help workers harmoniously balance work and leisure. Including K-Sys, a total of 607 companies have received certification to date.

K-Sys actively supports its employees’ leisure lives by implementing various welfare programs, including: △ a flexible work schedule system △ long-service awards △ outstanding employee awards △ maternity leave △ financial support for children’s school enrollment △ support for obtaining professional certifications △ subsidies for sports activities △ subsidies for book purchases △ anniversary celebrations △ holiday gifts △ Ananti membership benefits.

Meanwhile, through continuous research and development, K-Sys has been selected as the first company in Korea to receive the Public Procurement Service’s “Innovative Product” and “Excellent Product” designations in the information display category, leading the “procurement LED display” market.

The company emphasized, “The ‘Leisure-Friendly Management Company’ certification has served as an opportunity to confirm K-Sys’s vision for sustainable management. Moving forward, we plan to expand various policies not only for technological innovation but also for employee well-being, setting a new standard for the industry.”
