K-Sys Wins the 'Minister of SMEs and Startups Award' for Its Contributions to the Development of Innovative LED Display Products

K-Sys (CEO Cheon Byung-min), a company specializing in LED display boards, received the Minister of SMEs and Startups Award at the “Korea Electronics Industry Cooperative Management Innovation Conference” in recognition of its innovative products and technological capabilities.
Organized by the Korea Electronics Industry Cooperative, this event was designed to promote the sound development and enhance the status of companies by identifying and rewarding outstanding SME entrepreneurs and contributors who have made significant contributions to corporate management and growth.
K-Sys received the Minister of SMEs and Startups Commendation in the Exemplary SME category for the innovation and future growth potential of its LED display panels, which were developed using its proprietary technology. The Exemplary SME award is given to outstanding small and medium-sized enterprises that demonstrate excellence in technological innovation—such as the development of new technologies and products—possess a strong management philosophy, and serve as a model in terms of corporate ethics.
The “High-Efficiency LED Display with Power-Saving Technology” developed by K-SIS is equipped with a hub board that enables power control within the product itself, achieving an average power reduction of 72% compared to conventional displays, and has received patent certification for the related technology. In addition, the product has obtained performance certification, green certification, and environmental certification. Furthermore, it has been officially recognized for its technological capabilities and corporate innovation, including being designated as “Korea’s first innovative product in the information display sector by the Public Procurement Service.”

Meanwhile, K-Sys is a digital signage specialist that designs, installs, and maintains large indoor and outdoor LED display boards for public and related institutions nationwide, as well as schools and corporations. Its products are registered on platforms such as “Nara Market,” “Innovation Market,” and “School Market,” making the entire product line available for purchase through both direct contracts and public procurement.
