K-Sys (CEO Cheon Byung-min), a company specializing in LED display boards, has firmly established a foundation for growth by installing state-of-the-art automated equipment at its recently expanded and relocated smart factory. K-Sys plans to further strengthen its production capabilities for high-performance LED display panels (information display panels) following this move to the smart automated factory.
In particular, K-Sys plans to produce its flagship products, the “Redot Cube lineup” and “electronic banners,” at the newly expanded automated factory. Furthermore, with this expansion of the automated factory, K-Sys has established an integrated facility spanning approximately 3,300 square meters, encompassing its headquarters, logistics center, and factory. The
smart automated factory has been built as a state-of-the-art facility that integrates SMT (Surface Mount Technology), assembly, aging (performance testing), and logistics. In particular, the factory’s SMT equipment line consists of a full-packaging precision automation process capable of producing LED display panels with various specifications, ranging from indoor and outdoor products with pixel pitches of P1.2mm to P10mm.
This enables K-Sys to produce 100,000 LED modules annually, further advancing its production infrastructure and strengthening its export capabilities.
Meanwhile, K-Sys’s LED display panels were the first in Korea to be selected as both an “Excellent Product” and an “Innovative Product” by the Public Procurement Service, earning recognition for their outstanding performance and technological capabilities. Furthermore, K-Sys has successfully completed over 1,300 projects for public institutions, government offices, and schools nationwide, achieving the top position in terms of the number of contracts, deliveries, and installations in the Public Procurement Service’s LED information display category.
Through this expansion and relocation of its smart automated factory, K-Sys has secured the capability to independently design and produce LED modules, hub boards, and cabinets, thereby solidifying the foundation for the localization of its core products. The company plans to further strengthen its competitiveness in both domestic and international markets with LED display panels bearing the “Made in Korea” label.
