K-Sys Co., Ltd. (CEO Cheon Byung-min), a company specializing in LED display boards, announced on the 18th that it has obtained the “Korea Service Quality Excellence (SQ)” certification.
The Korea Service Quality Excellence Certification System (hereinafter referred to as “SQ Certification”), implemented by the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy and administered by the Korea Service Promotion Association, is a program that awards certificates and publicly recognizes companies that actively practice customer satisfaction management and demonstrate excellent service quality. Based on evaluation criteria established by the National Institute of Standards and Science under the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy, certification is granted through a process involving document review, on-site evaluation, and mystery shopping assessments across seven categories, including “service quality management strategy,” “customer touchpoint service operation management,” “human resources and organizational management,” and “service management performance.”
K-Sys Co., Ltd. received high marks for: ▲ improving cost-effectiveness through LED display boards equipped with proprietary power-saving technology; ▲ enhancing user convenience through a front-opening slot-type product design; ▲ maintaining a nationwide maintenance network and workforce for LED display after-sales service; and ▲ establishing response manuals for handling malfunctions and defect repairs.
