The Incheon Global Campus Foundation, located in Songdo, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon, announced on the 5th that it has installed the largest ultra-high-definition LED media wall (display) among domestic campuses in its main auditorium to create a “Smart Campus Environment at the Incheon Global Campus (IGC).”
Incheon Global Campus is a joint campus established in 2012 by Incheon City and the South Korean government to create a global education hub. It currently hosts the Stony Brook University (SBU) and Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT) campuses of the State University of New York (SUNY) in Korea, as well as the Korea George Mason University, Ghent University Global Campus, and the University of Utah Asia Campus.
The LED media wall (display) installed in the Incheon Global Campus auditorium measures 16 meters wide by 7.2 meters tall, with a total area of 115 square meters, occupying more than half of the stage area and boasting an impressive size and resolution. The LED media wall (display) is slated to serve as a multipurpose screen for various events—including Incheon Global Campus admissions briefings, graduation ceremonies, meetings, and academic conferences—in the approximately 2,000-seat auditorium. Furthermore, as public institutions, government offices, and foundations from across the country, including Incheon City, are increasingly utilizing the Incheon Global Campus auditorium for their events, the LED media wall is expected to see even greater utilization.

The product installed for this media wall project is the “Redot Cube Pro” (manufactured by K-Sys Co., Ltd.), designated as an Excellent and Innovative Product by the Public Procurement Service. It is a display that significantly addresses the shortcomings of conventional electronic billboards by incorporating an “all-in-one hub board.” In addition to its overwhelming visual performance, this LED display features proprietary power-saving technology that achieves an average standby power reduction of 72% compared to existing products. As a result, it is widely supplied to public and educational institutions that are at the forefront of energy conservation and environmental protection.
Meanwhile, K-Sys Co., Ltd. (CEO Cheon Byung-min), which handled the production and installation of the LED media wall (display), is a specialized LED display company that develops, manufactures, and installs high-quality, competitive displays through its in-house R&D (Research and Development) center. It was the first company in Korea to have its information display designated as an "Innovative Product" and "Excellent Product" by the Public Procurement Service.
