"K-Smart Excel," a document (Excel) automation program for small and medium-sized businesses, has been launched.

K Smart Excel provides 300 document automation programs across various fields—ranging from payroll tasks such as deposit and withdrawal entries, sales ledgers, and transaction statements to human resources, inventory, materials, sales, and production—for small and medium-sized business owners who have not yet adopted information technology (IT) solutions such as enterprise resource planning (ERP).

K-SIS (CEO Cheon Byung-min) recently developed K-Smart Excel based on Microsoft (MS) Excel. Anyone can easily use the program simply by entering, editing, or deleting data in the program’s blank fields. Small and medium-sized business owners struggling with management due to excessive workloads and a lack of specialized personnel can easily manage various data once they adopt this solution.

On the 15th, Cheon Byung-min, CEO of K-Sys, stated, “Many small and medium-sized business owners are unable to implement ERP systems due to their business conditions,” adding, “We wanted to develop and provide an affordable, user-friendly program that any small and medium-sized business owner can easily use.”

According to a survey by the Small and Medium Business Administration, the primary reason small and medium-sized businesses are unable to utilize IT systems is that their business conditions are unsuitable (28.1%). This was followed by insufficient system usage (25.7%), lack of operational personnel (10.8%), burden of maintenance and support costs (7.2%), lack of management commitment (4.2%), and other reasons (24.0%).

K-SIS plans to register K-Smart Excel as a Samsung Electronics Business-to-Business (B2B) solution and distribute it through Samsung Electronics dealers.
