K-Sys Co., Ltd. (CEO:
Cheon Byung-min), a company specializing in LED display boards, was selected as a “Strategic Industry Leading Company” set to lead the future of the Busan region and drive economic growth at the 2023 Busan City Strategic Industry Leading Company Certification Ceremony held at The Westin Chosun Hotel on the 16th, and received the certificate from Busan Mayor Park Hyung-joon.

Busan City selects companies with growth potential
in each strategic
industry as “Strategic Industry Leading Companies” and has been providing support and fostering their development. Prioritizing corporate
growth and employment, Selection is made through a comprehensive review of economic viability, growth potential, and innovation by a sector-specific subcommittee (first stage) and a final selection committee (second stage). Following its designation in the △Creative Culture Industry sector and
the △Intelligent Information Services Industry sector, K-Sys was designated in the △Clean Tech Industry sector in 2023.

K-SIS was the first company in Korea to be designated as an “Innovative Product” by the
Public Procurement Service, and in August of this year, it
was designated as an “Excellent Product” by the same agency. In addition, the company has been recognized as a “Youth-Friendly Small and Medium Enterprise,” a “Family-Friendly Enterprise,” and an “Excellent Employer,” demonstrating its growth potential and innovation across the board, which led to its selection as Busan’s representative strategic industry leader.

K-Sys CEO Cheon Byeong-min stated, “Following our designation as
a leading company in the creative culture and intelligent information services sectors, we have now been consecutively designated as a leading company in the clean tech sector, officially proving our economic viability and growth potential.” He added, “As a
leading company in Busan Metropolitan City’s strategic industries that will drive the 2030 Busan World Expo, we will become a global LED display specialist that looks toward the world alongside Busan.”
