K-Sys, a company specializing in LED display boards, has been selected as a “Youth-Attractive Company”—a designation for firms young people want to work for—this year.
On the 3rd, the “2025 Cheongkulle Company Launch Ceremony” was held at the BEXCO Convention Hall, with approximately 200 attendees, including Busan Mayor Park Hyung-joon, representatives from Cheongkulle companies, and members of the youth evaluation panel.
"Youth-Friendly Companies" are selected through a three-stage screening process that includes quantitative evaluations of factors such as wage levels, employment stability, and company size; on-site evaluations conducted by a youth evaluation panel consisting of 40 members across 20 teams who visit the companies in person; and qualitative evaluations examining work-life balance and organizational culture.
K-Sys was recognized for its contributions to hiring new young employees and creating high-quality jobs. It was also selected as a “leisure-friendly management company” for its diverse welfare programs and is striving to improve employee welfare by providing a pleasant working environment through its new headquarters.
In particular, the company recently established a domestic smart automation factory to localize LED display production and enhance its competitive edge. It is expanding its business scope by consistently participating in major domestic and international trade shows, and has recently established a U.S. branch in Las Vegas to make a full-scale entry into overseas markets, thereby presenting a greater vision to its employees.
K-Sys CEO Cheon Byung-min stated, “Being selected as a ‘Youth-Friendly Company’ is particularly meaningful as it signifies recognition as a company that young people can trust and choose,” adding, “We will continue to foster a corporate culture where young people can work happily and with a sense of fulfillment.”
