Expansion of Mandatory Procurement

policy to support innovative products, the government is expanding mandatory public
procurement of such products.

they are not held liable for losses incurred unless intentional misconduct or gross
negligence is proven.

Procurement Methods & Regulations
Innovative products can be purchased through the
PPS Innovation Marketplace or via direct contracts, with no limitation on purchase
amount.
For contracts exceeding KRW 50 million, centralized procurement through the PPS is required, while contracts below KRW 50 million may be directly executed by the purchasing institution.
